Sarafa Bazar, a foodies\' heaven, is Indore\'s most popular night market which is a jewelry market in the day and food haven post sundown. The shops here close at around 8-9 pm and then the whole market is transformed and visited by enthusiastic food lovers. This video is the compilation of the glimpse you get to eat in the Sarafa Bazar. We visited the Sarafa Night market twice and here is all what we ate.    Day 1:: We started our food walk with the most famous Joshi Dahi Wada House (Also known as Flying Dahi Wada). He has ninja techniques and a magician of words. Mr. Joshi showcases his skills of flying the plate of dahi wada without spilling a drop and then sprinkling all the five spices from a single pinch. That is a feast to the eyes. Unbelievable. Not only this, he impresses you with the chatpati baatein. Sarafa visit is incomplete without having the Dahi Wada. The fresh Dahi here is to die for. Do not forget to try the Bhutte ki Kees as well. Priced at Rs.50, the Dahi Wada plate is a complete gastronomical experience. Mind, they close at 11 pm and almost everything is over till 10:15 pm. Joshi Dahi Wada Location: https://goo.gl/maps/3R7v4fq3qmvsd6qd8 Our next stop was the hunt for Coconut Crush. Thick coconut malai and coconut water with crush is truly refreshing. You can find multiple shops. Then we had Garadu (Fried yam) from the A-1 shop. Tried it for the first time and quite liked it. The place is popular for its garadu and bhutte ki kees. Ended our first day visit with the sweet tooth. Had some freshly made Jaleba (extra large jalebi). It was so juicy and delicious. This one we had at the Jai Narayan Jaleba wala. You can find multiple shops in there selling Jaleba, Malpua and Gulabjamuns. Day 2:: Could not resist my self and second day also we again visited Joshi Dahi Wada and buoyyy what an experience. It is always a pleasure to have hearty conversation with the most humble Mr. Joshi. Most favourite and popular Aloo Tikki-Chhole and Bhutte ki Kees at  Sawariya Chaat House. The crispy tikkis are sold in minutes. Crowded place and one stop to have crispy tikki and perfectly made chhole. Loved it. Then you can visit Momo Centre for varieties of them. Tandoori Momos are very popular. The Sarafa Bazar can be explored for Sabudana Khichdi, Sandwich, Dosa, Bhelpuri, Gol Gappe, Chaats, Rabdi, Malpua, Gulabjamuns, Kulfis and Paan. What a place for nocturnal foodies like us! Haha. #Indore #SarafaBazar #JoshiDahiWada Thank you so much for watching the video. Please like, comment, subscribe to keep my motivation growing! :)'
